1. General Policy
- Most items are handmade; some are custom-made.
- **Returns are ONLY accepted for quality defects, damage, or wrong items shipped.**
- **Returns for personal preference, size, color, or aesthetic reasons are NOT accepted.**
2. Quality Claims & Damaged Items
- Please contact us **within 7 days** of receiving your package.
- Provide clear photos/videos showing the defect or damage.
- We offer **replacement or full refund** for confirmed quality issues.
- We cover return shipping for quality defects.Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging (except for defective items).
3. Handmade Characteristics
- Minor color difference, slight texture variation, or small handmade marks are normal and **not considered quality defects**.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized/custom orders (final sale, except for quality defects).
- Intimate/apparel items (hygiene reasons).
- Items marked “Final Sale” at checkout.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10–20 business days to your original payment method.
