1. Policy Overview & Handmade Product Nature
All products sold in this store are 100% handmade custom crafts. Due to the particularity of manual production, each item is unique. Slight deviations in size, color, texture, minor surface marks and subtle detail differences between products are normal inherent characteristics of handmade goods. These subtle natural differences do not constitute quality defects and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
By placing an order, you fully acknowledge and agree to the unique handmade features of the products and accept the above natural variations.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Situations
We strictly adhere to the final-sale rule for non-quality-related issues. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted under the following circumstances:

Personal subjective reasons, including but not limited to dislike of style, inconsistent personal aesthetic, unsatisfactory matching effect;

Size deviation, color difference, and tiny subtle flaws caused by handmade craftsmanship;

Logistics delay, package arrival time dissatisfaction, or other non-product-quality problems.
We only provide after-sales service for genuine production quality defects (excluding the normal handmade subtle differences mentioned above).

Time Limit: Customers must submit a complete and original unboxing video within 24 hours after signing for and receiving the package;

Invalid Application: After 24 hours of receipt, or failure to provide a valid complete unboxing video, or incomplete video footage, all after-sales applications will be automatically rejected and cannot be accepted.
After we verify the valid unboxing video and confirm the genuine product quality problem, we will provide customers with optional after-sales solutions including product replacement, partial refund, or full refund. The final processing plan shall be subject to our official confirmation.
